We organised our Masca Gorge trip through our tour operator Tui; they use local company Diga Sports who charge Euro 54 per person for hotel pick up, coach to Masca village, a sandwich for the hike, a guide on the hike, the boat back to Los Gigantes and the coach back to the hotel. Diga Sports also provide boots and walking poles if needed.
